This combined with the ability to by-pass the usual arrivals checks in New York makes it the most convenient way for people traveling between the heart of the City of London and New York City. On the ground, customers will be able to arrive at the airport up to 15 minutes before departure. Customers will enjoy a specially designed personal onboard service that will include a flat bed and a dining service similar to that of British Airways’ Club World business class. The service – the only long haul flights to and from London City – will offer a one-cabin business class product with 32 seats.
